The headquarters of MECC in Japan is engaged in design, fabrication, sales and service of testing systems and drivers for CRT (Cathode-Ray Tube), LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) and tuners. All the products are created with quality-sensitive attitude, thinking about customers first. Design and development staffs are challenging newer technologies to continually generate better products. Quality control staffs are trying to supply more than 100% quality products, while continually reducing delivery time and cost. Manufacturing staffs' goal is to produce highest quality products at lowest cost. Sales staffs at headquarters, as well as staffs at other sales/service facilities, are always doing marketing research and collecting information from our customers for their full satisfaction. 	Different CRT or LCD manufactures have different test specifications, so almost all of products are tailor-made. Nowadays the cycle of development of products by our customers is very fast and we have to keep up with it while giving our idea and advice to create better products.
	Makes basic design works. Design Department consists of sections for electronic design,mechanical design and computing. Each section designs electronic circuits, mechanism and software programs.
	Collect necessary information and materials from design section to procurement section and scheduling manufacturing process accurately.
	Material Department procures necessary parts for products.
	Machine Shop will build and process mechanical components.
	All the parts are assembled and inspected at Production Department.
	All products are strict inspections before Shipment.
	Only products which passed strict inspections will be shipped to customers all over the world.
