Universal LVDS signal generator featuring moving pictures replaying

The LTG-02 generates power supplies and signals necessary to drive LCD modules with LVDS inputs. Timing and video signals such as sync signals or data-enable signals can be created in the unit of one clock of a master clock, which enables creating and editing any timing signals quickly and easily. Moving pictures can be replayed by the input of NTSC signals. Test conditions in the combination of timing signals, voltage and signal levels, and video signals can be created in the capacity up to 64Mbites.

  • Resolutions: Up to 4096 horizontal pixels (including blanking) x 4096 vertical lines (including blanking).
  • Power supplies: Output of 3 channels of VCC, VDD and VIF.
  • Video signals: Display in up to 16,000,000 colors. (Standard: 8bits x RGB)
  • Simple control functions on the remote controller for production use.
  • Voltage and current displays on the remote controller from VCC, VDD and VIF power supplies.
  • Upper and lower limit for currents can be programmed for pass/fail judgment.
  • Panel types and test step numbers can be displayed on the remote controller in 8 alpha-numeric letters.
  • 64 signal patterns can be registered and pattern switching can be made in 0.2 seconds.
  • The LTG-02 can drive any LVDS devices by replacing a sub circuit board. (option)
  • The LTG-02 can replay moving pictures by the input of NTSC composite video signals.
  • Digital gradation data of video signals can be controlled with the rotary encoder on the remote controller to adjust brightness.
  • Signal patterns such as crosshatch, raster, window, slants, stripes and chess patterns are preinstalled in the accessory software to create and edit test patterns quickly and easily. Also, complicated images like natural images created in a bitmap file can be registered as they are.
  • Signal patterns are made by the combination of voltage programming data, timing programming data and video signal programming data. Each data file can be used for creating other test patterns easily.
  • Signal pattern data can be edited with an external PC. Using a compact flash memory card such data can be updated on the LTG-02.
  • Panel-type changeover can be made by replacing a compact flash memory card.
  • The LTG-02 can be remote controlled with an external PC. (option)
