Major Features

  • The NANON can spin a variety of polymers and polymer-ceramic composite materials into nanofibers.
  • Various nanofibers such as smooth-surface, porous-surface, beaded, core-sheath and ultra-thin ones can be created.
  • Nanofibers of different orientations and forms such as non-woven cloth, aligned materials, and aligned multi-layer materials can be manufactured.
  • Different spinnerets and collectors can be combined and replaced to meet a user's requirements.
  • Parameters to spin nanofibers can be quickly and easily programmed with the operation panel on the setup.
  • Safety devices are equipped with the spinning chamber;
    A safety interlock on using a high voltage power supply
    Exhausting and filtering system for operators.
