High Flexible Design
The equipment can be customized up to customer’s requirements. You can select various types of optional units based on your targets / objective.
Equivalent to Advanced Technology
  • The continuous roll of paper of the width of 500mm or less is possible.
  • Productivity UP is possible by the combination with our multi jet nozzle.
  • Aligned nano　fiber by the drum collector ( 600mm L X 300mm with) can be produced.
  • Core-sheath fibers, hollow fibers, core-shell particles, hollow particles can be created by applying co-axial spinning unit.
  • Spinning of heated solution is available by applying heating unit.
Equivalent to Various Nanofibers
  • A number of polymers and polymer/ceramic composite nanofibers can be created.
  • Smooth and pored surface fibers, beaded fibers, and ultra-fine fibers can be created based on the user’s targeting application. (It is noted that a choice of fiber morphology is dependent on raw material.)
  • Non-woven meshes, aligned nanofiber sheets and multi-layer nanofiber sheets can be created.
The Design That Considered A Safe Aspect
As well as NANON series, NF series possess a safety lock system to avoid electrical shock and an exhausting system to evacuate evaporated solvents and flying nanofibers.
