Creation of Ultra thin Functional Fibers
- Ultra spinneret consists of 0.2mm core and 0.8mm sheath nozzules
- Hollow fibers / particles can be created.
- Core/Sheath fibers and Core/Shell particles can be created.
- The material which shows low spinnability could be spun using this spinneret. The one with good spinnability and the another should be applied to core and sheath, respectively. Then, the fibers covered with the material which shows low spinnability could be obtained.
- The fibers mixed with functional agents could be electrospun.
