The TTS-05 is a device quickly to test and adjust electronic tuners for television sets on production lines.
The compact device consists of following units:
(1) Signal generator
(2) Data measurement unit
(3) Power supplies and control signal generator for tuners
(4) VSWR bridge
(5) Noise source unit
(6) Remote controller
(7) PCI interface unit
(8) Data processor
(9) Memory unit
(10) Control software
Measurement and test conditions can be edited easily for a variety of tuners.
As automatic judgment is also available, efficient production lines can be built and cycle time for model changeover will be reduced greatly.
- The device corresponds with RF bandwidth of TV broadcasting from 20MHz to 1000MHz per band.
- The integrated IF detector can accurately measure the IF level of TV tuners. It also corresponds with frequencies from 10MHz to 90MHz quickly only by changing its setting.
- The TTS-05 accommodates PCS level measurement circuits, so it is not necessary to connect any diode detection circuits.
- Accommodation of power supplies for tuners, control signal generators and power supplies for jigs saves much working space.
- Markers can be programmed and displayed on measurement waveforms for judgments.
- Customizing software enables the device to meet new type tuners. (option)
- PL data format of tuners for the frequency synthesizer can be programmed from standard calculation formula.
- Programming for more than 1,000 channels.
- Color VGA (640 x 480 pixels) monitors in the market can be connected to the TTS-05, so the display of waveforms and letters will be bigger and is operator-friendly.
- Test data can be stored in a hard disk, which contributes to easy data control of test results.
- Use of the VSWR bridge facilitates VSWR* measurements.
- Use of the noise source jig facilitates noise source measurements.
